Lifting Hack file. All you need to calculate your percentages and making gains with your lifts.
The Self Lifting Fix is comprised of two elements that can work in concert or individually; The Self Fix Flowcharts, and the Self Fix Survey.
The Self Fix Flowcharts: Simply move along the charts, following the path that benefits you most. Follow your path until you get to the end. Once there, click the appropriate selection to watch one or two videos that contain specific drills that will help you fix your lift!
The Self Fix Survey: It cannot get any easier than this! Just answer one question per page. When you click next, it will send you to another question that is related to your previous answer! Within a few easy answers, it will present you with one or two videos that contain specific drills that will help you fix your lift!

Is this program right for me?
If you want the guidance and support to get your olympic lifting to the next level, you've come to the right place.
How how does communication will work between the client and coach?
We have a private Facebook group where the instructor and assistant answer your questions and provide feedback. Also we offer a live google hangout call during on the Friday of the 1st and third week of each block.
If your in the Echelon level where we are building a team around you, we also do individual Skype calls once a week.
In the private Facebook group, who gives the advice? We love all our athletes to give encouragement and support each other but the instructor will be the one giving out specific cues and lifters.
