Who is this program for: Functional fitness athletes transitioning to build a foundation for their Olympic Lifts.

What to expect: The Lifting Fix Academy is designed to help you learn the basics of weightlifting and then transfer to advance programming after getting excellent The Lifting Fix approaches programming by looking at the needs of each athlete after creating a plan for strength.

  • USAW Level 1 Sports Performance, Pendlay Level 1
  • CrossFit Level 1, CrossFit Football, CrossFit Endurance
  • 12 Years Coaching Athletics (weightlifting, wrestling, track and field)
  • 8 years teaching Physical Education
  • 10 National Weightlifting Competition Qualifications (multiple top 10 finishes)
